We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from HighQualityAccessories.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account at HighQualityAccessories.com and navigate to “Order History.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
- Print your prepaid return label and securely pack your items.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Important Information
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
